this is where the shifter lands from a ZR1 corvette s6-40 trans. if anybody is wondering if it will work, yes it does! no clutch pedal installed yet!

Is that a '66 Belvy?? Does that trans use ATF, and have an internal oil pump like its big brother truck relatives? Nice car BTW, from what I can see. ZF is like KTM motorcycles, no ever tries to say the full name lol.

66 belii 500+ stroker, just a handle we had for mock up! the original shifter didn't reach the top of the seat!
ZF only recommends the following lubricant for S6-40 transmissions. The GM oil (available from GM with part number 1052931) and the Castrol Synthetic Formula RS 10W60 (available from BMW with part number 0751009420
no pump!
