Heater box problem

Just below the heater core, there is a plate controled by a vacuum diaphram, I am missing the piece that connects the plate to the bar, which is connected to the diaphram. Looks like the plate is lets air out the bottom.
Also, both vacuum diaphrams look to be shot.

So where can I get this stuff or am I SOL.

Bumping this post because I'm looking to see if anyone makes the diaphragm associated with the A/C heater boxes.

Mine would be for a 71/72 B-body

I have several 71/4B a/c heater boxes that I'm parting out. Should have some good actuators along with a bunch of parts. Could you post a pic of the parts or the area where they go?
