I have a .030 over 440 with a compression ratio of 10.15 to 1 and I have a 175 shot of nitrous oxide at the ready. I have been using Champion RJ12YC with no problems but I have been reading that I should be at least 2 heat ranges colder when on the bottle. I was thinking about changing before the gasoline available today gets worse in quality and detonation starts. What plugs do you recommend based on your experiences? Thanks!!!

Good rule of thumb

That's a pretty good rule of thumb for your type combo, a couple of heat ranges cooler & no extended tips {they will burn off too easily} & a couple of degrees advance out of the ignition at application also... Brand and style of plug is real subjective, some people like one brand/style some like another, I used NGK's in most all of mine, mainly because of they were free from a sponsor, before that I used Champions or Autolites, always non resister type {not for any specific reason other than I didn't need resister type/style plugs for a race car mainly}, I tried E-3's in my daily driver 99 Dakota truck & found them to be good, seem to be working well, but don't think I would use them with N20, just because I have never tried them in that kind of application, but I know people that do & sware by them...
