Ultra Rare 1970 Dodge Coronet R/T

Seasoned Mopar fans can spot a special car from a mile away. A low production number B-Body combined with a high impact paint code and a 440 Magnum engine make this car very desirable to any collector. The car I speaking about is this 1970 Coronet R/T from my personal collection.
This three owner car sports 67300 miles and contains its original sheet metal. In 2008 the car was stripped to bare metal and painted its factory Go-Mango color. The black vinyl top was professionally replaced as well as the white R/T stripe which pops nice against the orange paint. The car is arrow straight and the paint will not disappoint.
The interior is impressive and mostly original. Being factory burnt orange makes this combination unusual. The car sports a 150 Mph speedo and is tach delete. The dash and auto console are in great condition. The front buckets were recovered with legendary skins the rear seat is original and nice.
The motor is a factory Chrysler 440 warranty block which was rebuilt approximately 1000 miles ago. The car runs strong and was built to stock specs. The transmission is original to the car and was rebuilt too. The rear end is a Dana 60 4:10. The first and second owner insist the rear is original to the car but not added on the fender tag(Lynch Road Assembly Plant). The car has its original fender tag and all body numbers correspond.
Serious buyers can call as I will not send photos without talking first. The price is rock FIRM at 28K. PM for my number.

Whats the rear end ? More pics would be good and also what date on warranty block or any engine info.

Never mind rear end just blind today.

It’s not surprising that its usually some of the same members that make unnecessary comments on for sale threads. I understand that this is just some people’s nature and this is fine. If there are specific questions please ask rather then assume.

After purchasing this car much work was performed to bring it to a higher level. For example, the engine was removed, partially disassembled and completely detailed. The front section of the car was removed and all parts blasted and repainted to factory specs. The engine compartment was then gutted, blasted and repainted.

This is just an example of a fraction of the work that has been completed on this car.

My selling price is close to what I have in the car.

There is a lot of interesting things about this car and the history. This is why I purchased it.

This will make someone a nice car.

If your going to sell a unique car you should really learn how to read a fendertag.
The code for the 4.10 DANA is there clear as day.

Super, super nice. When a little work is done to improve something people shouldnt worry about paying a little extra. Who works for free? I would find it hard to build a car to this quality for the price asked. I cant afford it but Im not gonna talk bad about it just for the reason that I cant get it.

I agree with you on the comments section, usually its people that never have anything of value and that they see an increase on if they sell it. I see the same kinds of silliness in people saying "I'm not paying that much to have my car media blasted" then they go to cheaper sources, then always come back to me later, or, wish they had!

I hope you get what you want for your nice car!

very very sweet.this looks just like a super bee.but, its a coronet R/T.WOW.unless im missing somthing that is rare.Bear R.-..youll sellit for what you want thats for sure.i have a 67 coronet.slant six 3 on the tree.ya!!!!

I have a friend, Eric Pullen who lives In Perry, Georgia that had a car very similar. His was the same color, top and all with a 440 4 speed. Numbers matching car. I kept telling him that it was very unusual. He didn't listen. He sold it for about half your asking price and has been regretting it ever since. It was nearly as nice as yours. Beautiful car. I hope you get every penny you're asking.

Very nice car good luck with the sale hope all works out for you don't mind the jabs they come without warning but they come none the less

Make a buck !!!!!!!!
