ok guys. before i list this car you need to know this is NOT MY ROAD RUNNER. I got a call tonight from my good buddy that owns this car. i DO NOT have pictures as of yet. I will get them shortly for you. I wanted to get this car posted because i know a few of you are looking for a 70 Road Runner and wait until you hear about it. Heres the info on the car:

this car was willed to my buddy Mike in 1997 who lives in Pittsburgh. The car is in Pittsburgh also.I have personally seen the car, and also witnessed it on the rotisserie directly before and after it was painted. he called me in a panic tonight and informs me he has to sell it due to financial reasons. he has been trying since '97 to restore this car but has bad luck in the process with money issues.

1970 lime green (factory color of this car)
has build sheet
factory 440 6 pack v code
4:10 dana rear end
4 speed with pistol grip shifter
vin# RM21VOA137085
all body work complete
just painted in july 2011 (needs wet sanded and so on....)
N96 factory air grabber hood
32000 original mile
engine replaced in 1972 BUT a 1970 date coded 440 block that comes with the car dana and 833 are original to the car
all original sheet metal
95% of the parts are there
IN THE MOPAR REGISTRY...im told i cant and didnt verify this.

this car pretty much just needs assembled and just a few parts need to be purchased it it sitting on the wheels and thats it....IT NEEDS PUT TOGETHER.

$17,000.00 thats not a typo....17 thousand buys the car and all that goes with it.price IS FIRM.

i will get pix of this car as soon as humanly possible and post them. this is all the info i have as of 7:00 2-2- 2013. i will get more.

IF YOUR INTERESTED...PM ME WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND I WILL GET BACK TO YOU TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS TO MY BEST ABILITY.

if i had the money i would buy this car myself but unfortunately i can not.

Any idea of the condition of the interior? bench or buckets? console? Was the 72 440 rebuilt? was it running? How's the chrome?

all i seen was the cars skeleton. painted top to bottom, interior is black , thats all i know as of now, and a garage full of parts for it...the rest i dont know about yet.like i said i will get more info as soon as i can for you guys!

best part about this car IS NO BODY WORK ! put it together...buy a few parts and ya got a $50,000.00 car in a few weeks.if i wouldnt have bought that Javelin, it would be sitting in my barn right now.

No pictures ?!? :icon_axe:

well to help answer some questions..
the interior is new & complete down to the rechromed arm rest basis, the rest of the chrome on the car is very nice if not spotless, the carbs & intake are correct dated & i'm 99.9 % sure the body was rust free which is amazing for being a pittsburgh car it's entire life which i've seen before, during & after.
if i rememberly correctly he has everything for the motor it just needs assembled.
just to give you guys a idea about this car it is / was the Mikes baby in which he got from the original owners mother in hazelwood,pa in which he spared no expense on buying original correct dated items for it & he knows his parts probably better than a lot of people.
yeah Chooch, it is.
