My friend who owns it said Chrysler had 4 of these built for the Performance Clinics 2 for Dodge 2 for Plymouth.
This is the only oneknown to exist.
My buddy found it on accident when he placed an add in National Dragster looking for any vintage Dodge car haulers/ramp trucks. A few months later a gentleman in Indiana contacted him saying a friend of his had an old Dodge ramp truck that had been sitting for years. After several emails/phone conversations he found

Long story short he bought it and had it delivered to Southern California in april of 2012. My friend has been good friends with the Landy's having worked at a machine shop 4 miles from Dick Landy Industries.
The truck is now a few miles from where it originally was, the Landy's have been really helpful supplying original pics of the truck back in the day to help with the resto.
We took it apart a week later. The 413 that was in it was junk so another 413-3 was located and rebuilt, so far the engine/trans and suspension are restored and back in the chassis...the trans seems to be the original.
The Valvoline sticker on the heater box was put there by Dick Landy Jr. (he told my friend that when he showed him the pic.)
I have a bunch of pics of the progress of the resto if anybody is interested...and a few stories related to it as well that are pretty cool.
