carb identity

I hate to call ya out on this, and I mean no offense, but this info is incorrect, (according to the info I have) ONLY the orig 3310 and 3310-1 are a 780cfm 4150 (double pumper), as you said, lack of a metering block on the seconds indicates it as a 4160 vac seconds, therefore IF its a 3310 it'd be -2 to 6 making it 750cfm.
Yes thanks on that. I was a little confused on the differences. Mine is an early 3310-1, has the secondary metering block as opposed to the plate. And the vac secondary carb is not a double pumper. The Holley mechanical sec carbs are double pumper.

And The Winner Is.......

ZombiePopper with an umbrella guess of 3310 2-6 but a notable mention to MoparMarks for the 3310 2 or 3
3310-4 not sure what the 0046 means. here are a few more pics. i looked it up but there wasnt a ton of info on holleys site. but to be honest it was 6am and i wanted to go to bed. lol

i'll say the carb in the pic is an 'ol cheap 3310. 3418's were 4150 vacuum secondary 850's, or at least the one i had back in the day was.

I rebuilt a 4160 from the late 60s/early 70s a few months ago and the kit from Holley did not have the correct metering block gaskets in it for my model nor did it have all the parts to fully rebuild the carb. You have to buy the diagram, cams and jets separately. I ended up buying a new Holley 4160 600 cfm with a electric choke and could not be happier.

I talked to a friend of mine who has worked as a Mopar mechanic since the early 60’s and he confirmed it was the best decision. He remembered always having to file the bottoms of the early Holleys because they would warp and could not seat right on the intake. If you really want to keep it and get it built right, you can have Holley do it for you but it is going to cost you more than a new one. They quoted me $400 to rebuild mine.

any ideas n the 0046 stamped under the 3310?

0046 is build date iirc, 004 day, 6 year.
004th day of 200(6) or maybe 199(6) not sure when that revision came out...

guessing 1996 because i got the car in late 09 and thats how the carb looked. otherwise it was a rough 3 years on that carb.

but from the sounds of things this is what i have:
3310 holley carb. 4bbl 750cfm. vac secondaries. that can be rebuilt but it sounds like the rebuild kit isnt great and would be a bit of work, and since i plan on upgrading might as well do it now. plus i really want an electric choke which is a $55 upgrade anyways.

carb for sale - make me an offer.
