Jail is a bit harsh. I agree that nobody has a right to destroy someone else's property so restitution should be made at the least. I would think the insurance company would drop him instantly. Lose license for a bit too. I understand his frustration and maybe he was having a bad day. Thats not me excusing him. Regardless, he took one for the team. Many next time the jackass who got hit will park a little more tidy.
I think in England you will get ticketed for parking sloppy. Perhaps our overzealous lawmakers should look into that instead of the million other ridiculous laws they write.

I wouldn't park in a garage like that. Sure wouldnt park over the line. What the guy did was wrong and Ilegal. I assume he knows what he was doing was illegal. He either thought he would get away with it or was willing to pay the price for that brief moment of pure satisfaction.
side note, I went to a show in 2004 or 5. Had my rumble bee that I just got in spring of 04. When the show was going on some asshole decided to slash tires on every car in the lot for the venue. And not just one, at least 2 on each car just ro be a real dick. I was lucky. I always figured it was out of respect for the big bad *** yellow truck with the cool bee stripe, cause none of my tires got touched. I probably looked like the guy that did it when I was the only one driving off the lot.
I would hope that guy would have enough restraint to know better than to do it to a mopar muscle car. It should be understood universally that it would suicide to touch it much less smash it

Well you must be having a bad day,to suggest I'm part of the problem clearly shows YOU must be the problem.How does your statement even justify the destruction of someones car?
