Who knows steering column and horn parts?

Working on a 69 RR, I am missing something that brings the horn ring and the column togeter. Here are pics of what I have...
On e bay item number 351410669847 looks like it is close??

The part you need is called a horn contact plate.

Looks all there to me, I just did my entire column on my '68. The horn ring attaches to the column with 3 little screws ...
