Good evening. Working on issues on the car today and noticed that the fuel doesn't really look like its spraying normal

Looks like a problem with the accelerator pump, maybe a torn diaphragm or clogged passages you should have a nice stream of fuel as soon as the throttle is moved.

The carb is newer. Less than a year old. I screwed up and ran some old gas through it. Since then I've changed the fuel tank. Can I take it apart and look for obstructions?

I would drain the front fuel bowl (take out one of the lower float bowl screws and get a fuel friendly cup to catch the fuel) then take the other 3 out and remove the float bowl and then shoot some carb cleaner up the hole that lines up with the accelerator pump on the float bowl. If the carb is fairly new the floatbowl gasket should come off OK, but if your unlucky and it tears you'll need a new one.

is that water on top of the carb. they don't like water. try a smaller squirter.

How to f up a brand new carb. I should of know better and taken my time. This is the result of bad gas/tank and running it through a carb. I wish I was better at taking these apart.
