Yes. Though I'll add, pretty sure gears like 3.55s had to be ordered.

IIRC 741 is pre-1965/66, 742 is 66-68 and 489 started in 69.

I've seen a lot of 3.55 and 3.91 in A100 trucks and vans, usually with a six cyl.

Seeing a six cyl A100 in a junk yard used to get me excited!
