Buyer Beware- Ws08

His number is 434 865-9122
Aprils is (supposedly) 434 774-0690

On the profile for FABO it shows he is in Appamatox Va.

Hey Mike, sorry that you are going through this with him. I had an issue a few weeks back with getting the parts or a response back. I did finally get them but I had to work with them. They were not all dinged up just bowed pretty badly in my opinion. Paypal will get your money back or at least get his attention. You have to file a despute. He took 3 weeks to ship my parts so he may just be having trouble removing them. I hope that's the case. A dispute will lite a fire under him for sure. Good luck.

Well I could be perfectly happy with that, what pissed me off is the fact he has dodged all of my request/ calls/ pms & emails. Saw that he is a little boy on FB (21yo) probably not even his stuff...
Even if he spent the money already and didn't have the funds to ship, I would be tolerant and understanding.... But he's hiding... April Figgat Tenn was thought to be his wife but his FB page says he is engaged to Samantha Maitland. April might be his mommy for all I know, she did refer to him as her husband....

Here's his profile pic...

Thanks for the offer, I would definitely be interested if these do fall through....
They aren't un-usable but his looked like they might be a little better and there was no harm in having an extra set....
Zack aka 5.7hemi does great work Mike....he just recently worked on the bezels and some trim pieces for my 69 GTX

I appreciate it, I've seen some pics and agree!
Thank you all l!!!

I just looked at his profile and it said he's view this thread right now.

Wouldn't be so quick to diss someone off for age, even though the kid in question appears to be a confirmed thief. That said, for every 20 year old trying to pull a stunt like this in the Mopar community, there are even more jerks in their 50s and 60s doing the same.

I'd bet that there are more trustworthy Mopar parts sellers in their 20s out there than there are of the other kind. Problem is, Mopars are so darn expensive to begin with that our vehicles are less likely to be chosen as a starting point for the young project car enthusiast.

Oh, and as for Ws08, he can go feed himself to a hungry '68 Charger. I hear that grills that resemble electric shavers like to feed on scammers.

I think Mike only singled out this kid solely? His post #29 Clearly states that.....

I'll grant him that, of course. Still, the tone smacked of many a time during my own childhood when an adult would blindly chastise my young opinion(s) solely based on age, not merit.

The model railroading community seemed to be full of this; funny how many of the latest talented superdetailers are in their teens and twenties. That's karma for you.

Heck, I started doing eBay at the age of 10. If it weren't for the relative anonymity of the internet, I bet I wouldn't have had a single sale due to this stereotype that young people are less trustworthy by default. Granted, some communities breed exactly that, but it's not necessarily fair to pigeonhole everyone as a norm.

Not trying to start anything; just commenting on how the comment struck a nerve here.
