1.5 rockers with roller tips.anything else that is a factor, for lenght of rods.thanks

too many variables......you need to mock up a shaft and 2 rockers first, making sure the tip of the rocker stays centered over the valve stem throughout the up and down travel (you may need to shim the shaft)........ then using an adjustable pushrod, measure the length you need

Where did you get your test springs?

I'm not sure, bought a bunch of stuff from Hughes, maybe they were included? it's been a couple years now...... dude I use for machine work, assembled the heads for me. He operates a machine shop under a NAPA and may have ordered them for me...... I just don't remember

Checking springs are readily available, I think my last set came from Jegs, but they're available from all the cam co's.

Checking springs and checking pushrods can be gotten from Summit. I bought a couple sets of Comp so I can do both ends at once.

Yea you can buy or make an adjustable pushrod as you always want to measure your pushrods when the valve train has any changes at all in it. Myself I bought an adjustable pushrod for an RB Mopar block from Mancini when I got other parts from them. I believe its made by Comp. Dont go by someone else's readings as they may have the same heads as you but they can still have different reasons for a different lenth pushrod then you as they may have decked their block and heads more or less then you and so on. I know I measured mine as I use EZ heads and Hughes roller tip rockers but I dont remember the size off the top of my head anyway and it would not do you any good. Once I measured mine I called Manton and ordered them and they were at my door 2 days later. Great service from Manton and when you talk to what ever company you use they will tell you just how they want you to measure them to be sure you get the right lenth pushrods you need. Ron
