I sent them a check too and it was never cashed. This is when I had my 67 Belvedere. That was over 6 years ago. That check to date has never been cashed. But I also received a very nice set of documents about the car.View attachment 567097
I'm glad to hear that they are still providing information. They were hard to get ahold of earlier. They still never cashed my check from when they did my '62. Sent me a great package with all the info and more! I've tried to contact them numerous times with no luck. They couldn't figure out what I was talking about when I did.

All they would have to do is type a vin number wrong by one number and you would get the wrong info. Or in their case, they do all the work by hand, looking through microfiche slides. I've used them before and they are a pita! I give them a lot of credit. Don't know what's up with the checks though? After six months they are void. They never cashed either of my checks - one from 2010 for my Belvedere and the other from a year ago for my Satellite. I know another guy who's had several cars done and no checks were ever cashed. Weird. Danielle is great to work with - very helpful.
One thing, though. The guy I know who's had multiple vehicles done and checks not cashed told me to be mindful that they sometimes give you incorrect information. One of his cars came back with info that he knew wasn't correct for it. He questioned it and they amended the report. So they can make a mistake, from the sound of it. My two reports seem to be accurate as far as I know.
