I enjoy seeing threads on installation ideas, so I thought I would show my fan shroud install. While I had it ripped apart I put a new 180 deg themostat, upper rad hose, lower rad hose, Alternator belt, P/S Belt and resealed the back exhaust manifold bolts. Here are the details;

66 Belvedere I
440, 727 TF
No A/C
Power steering
External trans cooler
Unknown aluminum rad
7 blade mopar fan with 1" spacer
Plastic Mopar shroud
Custom bent aluminum mounting brackets for shroud

Let me know if you have any questions. WP_20150117_001.jpgWP_20150117_002.jpgWP_20150117_003.jpgWP_20150117_006.jpgWP_20150117_007.jpgWP_20150117_010.jpg

Nice! It will be a huge help to ensure your car stays cool. Good Idea!

I know this is an older post, but I like that shroud you've got there. Can you please tell us what size rad that is for (22" or 26")? And if you have an order part # that would be great. I have a '68 b body and the stock replacement shroud is so shallow (only about 1.25"). I'm after something that shrouds with more depth like the one you've installed. How deep is that shroud? Looks like at least 2 inches.

I like the shroud, all other parts are not obsolete.

For some reason, I didn't see your questions originally. I will bust out the measuring tape this weekend and reply with the part numbers as well. I apologize for not getting back to you.

26" rad, the shroud is 2 1/4" deep. Again, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. It looks like the shroud part number is 2828288.
