

Awww....you got this one, no problem. Where the bottom starter bolt goes, you bolt in that piece & put the dowel end into the lower starter hole. The top starter bolt/hole just uses a bolt in its normal location. The original top Lakewood bolt has a hex-head for an allen wrench. For both top/bottom bolts, I have the nuts towards the back of the car. I "think" I did have to put one extra washer on the top or bottom bolt (can't remember) so everything sat flush on my latest Lakewood (first Lakewood saved my foot in a clutch explosion, fyi). If you get stuck I can send you a picture. Oh, and don't forget the little starter "nose locator"I thought it came from the starter area! I will check that out. Thanks for your response. It’s an offset dowel thingy for a starter on a scatter-shield. When I get my new clutch in and installed I will fill you in and take pictures of final install of that piece. Wish me luck.
