I can ship it to you free through my work...you'd only have to ship it back...probably 10 or 12 dollars?

Yes. I have loaded 727s myself in and out of pickup trucks I think they're approximately 150lbs give or take...Do you guys think a new 1 ton harbor freight lift would safely install the 440 with the trans attached? I know the 440!is about 670 lbs alone. 727?
I want stock plus a few upgrades to run well on pump gas. Cam that allows stock valve train, headers, alum intake. Nothing radical. Dependability is key. I’m a Power Tour junkie!good points 66
most likely could just need a hone but do not bore any more than necessary
want more cu in stroke it
915 heads I have several sets but you are in florida
915 by itself will not give you any quench
guides, seats, valves vs new heads
I D Dished the 6 pack pistons to get the CR I wanted with the closed chamber heads
check right now to see if you have weight on the dampner- if you do you have the heavy 6 pack rods
do not use them use LY rods with Mopar Perf SPS rod bolts and LIGHT pistons- makes a big difference
1.81 valves with hrd ex seat BVVC
or use those heads which have induction hardened seats , keep the stock 1.74 ex and the KB quench dome pistons
see if stock timing chain- see the nylon in the pan
measure compression height at all four corners B 4 Pulling pistons
you have the best carb for the street but you can go lighter on the manifold

for a street car check the torque difference with the cam change at 2500 and 3000 vs the big gain at higher rpms
as IQ says a dual plane would make a big difference
be real sure that you get what you want for your build
Did not know that the spline angle changes year to year or model to model. I've had several dozen 727's & they all appeared the same & mixed & matched numerous yokes. Ya learn something new everyday.Get the correct year output shaft. The spline angle (not spine count) changes 3 times thru the years. Any year tail housing. Trans must be disassembled for the swap.
