we saw them, back in january, '18. they put on an excellent show, including a 'meet the band discussion, and an audience q&a
heard they were coming again. asked metalmomma if she wanted to go. she said hell yeah! told her the date, she said hell yeah. they're playing, on our 33rd wedding anniversary. bought tix, 1st row, balcony, so we wont have to stand all nite. added bonus, heep is the warm up band. top bill is judas priest!
only 2 bills a seat.
now to work her to get a room, so i can have a few poops............. and hopefully some nookie. :praying:

I would have loved to have seen Uriah Heep back in the '70s and I'd still be interested in seeing whatever version of the band is playing today. Unfortunately, whenever Uriah Heep comes around on my ipod in the car, unless it's Easy Livin', I usually get a "what the hell is this" from my better half.

saw them in '73. kinda lost track of them from the 80's till now.
check out this video. 'new' frontman bernie shaw has more tenure than david byron (rip). and he's an excellent showman

I just got Judas Priest tickets for June. Row 14 on the floor. Man, that would be fantastic if Uriah Heep was still with them then. BTW daughter saw ‘Priest in March, said it was a awesome show.

Is Halford in better shape?

He was visibly winded last time we saw them.
Had to leave the stage a few times.

KK Downing's replacement did a good job, though.
Played KK's signature parts with respect and didn't try to own them or outdo KK.

Have a Dickens of a good time.
But stay very 'umble.

Heep is one of those multipurpose bands.
They work for Halloween and the Winter Solstice, and for summer too.

Did you know this?

Spiders are neat.
