I'll be driving along on the maiden voyage and the ground will swallow me up....
Sorry, didn't mean middle of Atlantic. It's just off the South Western coast of Iberia, town named Silvas is the old capital of Atlantis. The rest of the "continent" is sunken in 3 stages out into the Atlantic, the first stage being very shallow and muddy. Read "Atlantis and the Silver City" for the breakdown of verifiable clues via Plato/Solon that make it the spot. Peter Daughtery is the author. Not fiction....1. Where is this area of mud exactly? Seriously, I'm pretty darn familiar with the Atlantic Ocean.
2. You make a reasonable point about all the "Atlantis-type" stories. How could SO many people have such similar stories & NOT be true? That makes sense. On the other side of that coin though is all the stories about dragons....which we now know are a myth or at most dinosaur bones.
3. Atlantis is certainly possible, I just haven't seen any good proof yet. There are certainly a lot of very old things which seem much more advanced than would be expected for when they were made. Atlantis could explain this. So could aliens. So could one really, really smart guy.
I know where it is. it looks down and from it's readings they can determine what's under the ice cap.Doubt it ionosphere is above the earth not below it.
According to Webpedia it sits on the earth and looks up. Must be something they don't know.I know where it is. it looks down and from it's readings they can determine what's under the ice cap.
