Recommendations for fuel lines pump to carb
Mechanical Edelbrock Pump to a Holley 4160.

I mistakenly got the wrong lines and looking online there are too many options.
I dont want anything rubber or that is cheap and will leak.
Thanks,

I used a cut-to-fit braided stainless line, with some of Summit's black AN fittings. Carter mech pump to Demon double-pumper style carb, looks and works good. I wanted the flexibility in routing, so I didn't use the steel hardline on this one..here's some older pics (engine's apart at the moment)

I can’t picture exactly what you have but I would go to the AP store and get s steel 3/8” line with the right flare on one end. Bend it around everything and do the first part of a flare on the other end, making a rib for the hose clamp. Also, put a filter between the pump and carb. Wasn’t sure if you were going for the stock look.

I just looked up 4160’s. Looks like a couple different options for fuel hose hook up. Nipple, threaded flare, dual feed.

Carbs a duel feed. I think I like beanheads setup.
Didnt know if I could buy one that was a pre-fabbed. Save me the trouble

BK I don't know about pre-fabbed, since there are so many different lengths required depending on the pump/carb setup, but all it took for me was cutting the line at the desired length. The fittings go on pretty easily, and then you can fit it just how you like. I could have probably cut my primary-to-secondary line about 1" shorter but oh well...I was going for nice gradual curves.

Got this setup from summit.
Looks like Im going to need a taller carb spacer because the rear line is tight against intake manifold.

Also got a similar "build your own" setup to go from pump to carb.
How do you attach ends to hose?
