I think I got taken to the bank

You can not tell how long the fuel pump rod is just by looking down the distributor hole and see it move
If you see it move how ever far you thought all that proves is the lobe on the cam is doing its job
If the rod is short it will not reach far enough to give the pump a full push everytime it pumps

You have spent money and changed everything else there is so what is another $50 for a new push rod ?
Previous post said he took it out and measured it. 3.21"
Said it was within spec

I've heard people having issues with stainless hard lines. The stainless is so hard the compression fitting doesn't conform and air can get in. But you have 1 psi of pressure. I'm not sure that could happen without have a visible leak.

The question about pictures and the lines is just checking for hose that making too tight of turn getting crimped or something like that.

I know I get frustrated being too close to a project and sometimes miss obvious or not-obvious things.

Yeah, there are no compression fittings on the stainless lines, they are all open smooth barb and have rubber hoses on both ends.

.4"-.5" push rod travel is about what I've seen when I've done it on my engines. And if the push rod were ground down and too short, the duration and travel will both be less.
I would buy one of those $11 electric pumps I linked earlier and temp install it and see if there's any changes. You don't even have to wire it up, run it off a drill battery. That would tell you if you're getting bad mechanical pumps.
Also you can just leave it plumbed in and it won't restrict flow when using a mechanical pump.

Does it this car even drive around with 1 psi of fuel pressure ?

Is there fuel in the fuel bowls even.

Maybe a clear plastic filter temporarily to see if fuel is even moving ?

I havent driven it yet because i was afraid of getting stranded, but yes the float bowls fill up and it idles and revs up in neutral

If i suspected gas issues, i would add a fuel pressure guage at the carb.... maybe rig your phone in there for a quick vid while driving, under the hood to watch the pressure. Should easily rule out everything up to the carb, or NOT, iykwim.

The picture shows a fuel gauge at the carb.

I just don't know how it's running on 1 psi.

Oh, sheeze.... how did i manage to miss that?? 1psi def gives the OP some food for thought. Id look close towards a fuel pump rod or cam lobe issue, or just maybe a delaminated fuel hose somewhere..

I already checked cam lobe and fuel pump rod. both look ok rod measures 3.21"

That’s weird, I’ve used countless fluid filled gauges and have never had a problem with readings and have never touched any vent
Some gauges are worse then others. The only way to know if the gauge is reading correct when hot is follow the fuel gauge instructions on the vent. It is a very common issue. If it wasn't a problem the gauge mfg'er would not be instructing how to crack open the vent to equal the atmospheric pressure. On our gauge we start off at 6psi and by the time we drive the car 10 miles. The gauge on the carb fuel inlet(Holley 4150) reads ZERO to one psi! Crack the vent...it goes back to 6. We have a Edelbrock fluid filled gauge. I first blamed the regulator!! We have a Tanks Inc fuel tank with a Walbro pump.. Its all fine.. We usually just check it when its cold and don't worry about it..because our car runs fine hot. One friends car..does the exact same. He was freaked out because he has Nitrous and only showed 1 PSI, until he followed the gauge instructions.
It is ANNOYING..but not hard to do.
