Are these correct factory weld locations?

Disassembling my steering column and could use a bit of guidance. Looking for measurements for proper factory weld locations, would like to get as close to OE as possible. :p

That is crazy! Better than the jacked up motor mount with a bolt under welded to the k-frame I had.

Yeah sorry I was just being funny. I had to use a cutoff wheel to free it up. Previous owner decided to weld them on. I guess that was easier than getting a new top plate?
 
I thought mopars had some kind of recall for the coupler and installed this spring. It's how I did mine. It actually works amazing. Hard to get on but worth it

I can tell you, if I had a welder near me on a couple of those, they would have been welded on too. I think that's the only part of these cars that has pissed me off more than once!
