reflective paint for tail lite housing

any ideas to brighten tail lite housing?

Want to get really reflective material? Sticky backed chrome wrap cut it to fit.
 
I just cleaned mine up good and went with some silver.
Like red72, I cleaned mine up, and used a flat aluminum shade of color. I was happy with the results...
 
That's what I use. Zero issues.

I used the mexican chrome to restore my tail lights. Came out great.

Repop bezels and lenses. Too expensive to rework and replace the original pot metal.
 
I've often wondered how it would look lining the inside with silver reflective tape????

That's pretty much what I used, except it was polished aluminum tape, but I've always wondered if it would be brighter by using crinkled aluminum foil to create many reflective facets. Might try that one day if I get bored.
