Do I have to change the K member to put a 440 in it?

No, but a torsion bar upgrade would probably be a good idea.

No, you will have to big block motor mounts as there is no differences in the K frame. You will have to have a big block transmission also.

Motor mount biscuits are the same but the 'brackets' are different. I'll check and see what I have left....

Mancini's used to sell them (shumacher made) but you'd have to check I'm not sure if they still do.

No, you don't have to change the K frame but you'll have to change most everything else.
