What is the best way to remove the rear quarter window?
Looking at it and looking in the book seems straightforward.
Do I just undo the top two bolts through the window and then papo the rollers?

Are you trying to remove just the glass or the entire mechanism?

The glass should come out by removing the 2 screws in the bushings holding the glass to the mechanism. To pull it all out, there are a few bolts under the door panel that need to come out.

Yes removing the whole works. I assumed just the two bolts but didn't want to be left holding the glass trying to fiddle and disconnect other stuff.
I'll get on with it and start with the glass. The balance I think should be straight forward.
Thanks for the reply

Find Chris's "Junkerup" videos on Youtube. He shows how to re and re the rear window mechanism in complete detail.

Yea, it's all the bolts under the panel. They mount tracks and when they are loose the glass can be pulled. Then you can remove the assembly.

Got everything removed.
Window was just the two screw bolts at the top. Easy peasy.
The remaining "guts" were fairly simple.
I have power windows so first remove the bottom cover plate (4 bolts + 1 in the centre + 1 inside not easily accessible), then remove the power window motor (3 bolts), then just start on billing everything else (I did all the bumper stops and small track pieces first.
The regulator and "bracket" the window mounts to all slide out carefully through the top.
