What shocks are everybody using with Super Stock Springs?
How much longer?

My B body (1968 roadrunner) shocks are 22-3/4" extended.
SS Springs measure 23-3/4" center to center hanging.
How long should my new shocks be??

THANKS!

Oh yea, I should say I need Street/Strip shocks.
Occasional drag use, maybe adjustable..??

THANKS!

65-440,
Did you gain any height in the back when you installed the SS Leaf Springs?
My leaf's were sagging, so I'm not sure if I'm closer to stock now or a tad higher.
I gained about two inches in rear height from where it was. Still in the garage for winter, but I'll look closer this spring.

I would have to say both are a little above stock height. Like you they replaced my worn out factory leaf's.

Thanks for the pictures.
BTW: You're Coronet looks awesome. Actually, I have a bit of a Man-crush on it- and all 68 Net's.

What is the number of your SS Springs that you used ? I want to use 2 right hand sides so the car sits level. I want to put some on my 68 GTX and I can't a number. Everything is for either a 67 or 69 GTX but nothing listed for 68's

They're not vehicle specific, pick by weight ... to run these springs on a B- body you need the extended front spring hangers. My dart has 002/003 springs and my coronet has 2 456's .. both cars sit level. I'm only running 2 right side springs on the coronet because the left side doesn't have the plastic isolator pads between each leaf and it squeaked constantly.

Greetings Houle,
Here are the numbers on my Springs. Sorry the right side is not legible but the part parts book shows the right: P3690-454 & left: P3690–455.
I have seen suppliers use different numbers, but they all seem to keep the last three. Which is why I put the dash in there.
Hope this helps.

You can use 4x4 Ramcharger rear shocks, pick a year in the 70's
