Firewall weld-on Wire Harness Tab

One is missing on my firewall.

What is the way/method to attache a new one? This is post paint on a finished car.

Those tabs were spot welded on originally. Since you're post paint I think a good adhesive is your only option now.

A very small flat head sheet metal screw and that adhesive to keep from turning. Buy some that liquid plastic to cover it. Once the wire there only you will know it's there.
