e body bulkhead

hello all
i have a new under dash 1973 challenger electric wire harness all seems to be matching up my question is i have the fasteners that attaches the whole bulkhead to the inside firewall but it seems the bulkhead is a two piece do the two fasten together than the whole unit is fastened to the firewall? There are two holes that pass through these spring kinds of clips. thanks sjm

Yes. The inner section snaps onto those clips.

No screw through those clips, the screw above the clip secures to the firewall...
There should be a stamped metal "Pal Nut" in the engine compartment... The fuse box clips to the bulkhead connector...
