The door glass in my 67 coronet 2 dr hdt is rattling around and I've just lived with it but now it needs fixin. There's nothing in the front run channel but a mangled piece of plastic. What do I need to replace and who makes it? Thx

This is the extremely overpriced piece that replaces that mangled piece of plastic. The problem I have found is that it too, quickly becomes mangled. Not sure if any one else has come up with a better solution but you might ask around. If you do go this route you will have to remove the entire window assembly to install these pieces.

That is a crappy reproduction that can be used succesfully if you trim the outer wings off (and use your old plastic slider/lock pins or modify the new ones to correct dimesions). Crazy they are now at $100 all of a sudden when they were only 30 bucks when OEM's where still in stock. The OEM supply has dried up and if you can find them they are many hundreds of dollars for a pair. Wished I'd bought dozens when I got mine for about 100 bucks.. they're fetching as much as $700 now for a pair of 2 dollar mylars.
