Well I was going to make Carlisle for the first time this year, but it's likely that my car is still going to be at the mechanic's shop. It was supposed to go there in February, but he pushed that back because of a few reasons, including "the pandemic"
and I trust him and it's the only place that I have experience with that can do everything that needs to be done.
4 wheel disc brake system
Line lock
Wraptor serpentine belt and accessory system, including A/C compressor and power steering pump
Power steering box (Borgeson)
Vintage Air A/C system
Hydraulic throwout bearing and HitMaster launch control system
Dakota Digital gauges
Cold Case radiator
Complete QA1 K-member and front suspension system with SPC UCAs
Transmission rear seal replacement
Possibly a new driveshaft
Caltracs split mono leaf springs and sliders
Assassin traction bars
Viking double adjustable rear shocks
I am collecting up my parts and boxes today, to bring there. If I missed anything, I'll add it.
Once all of that is done, the GTO goes there for:
Wraptor serpentine belt and accessory system
Replace the Quick Performance Ford 9" based rear axle housing with the new one they made that has the correct adjustable lower lift bar bracket, and is set up exclusively for coilovers
Install coilover conversion kit and coilovers
TKO 600 5 speed, new clutch disc and pressure plate and hydraulic throwout bearing
Vinage Air A/C system
So IF he finishes my car in time for Carlisle, I'll go, but I can't plan ahead for that because I don't think it will be finished in time.
