Waste of money unless you want it for nostalgic reasons !!

I believe I used a drill bit.

I was also wondering if that tool is still available.
The reverse lever on my factor shifter #6353 does not have an alignment hole.
Just the 1/2 and 3/4 levers are drilled.

The picture shows a aftermarket Hurst Competition Plus shifter on the right, which the reverse lever is drilled. The one on the left is the factory Hurst shifter #6353, which the reverse levers were not drilled.

Yes.This is what I have as well.No hole in the reverse to put anything through all three to line them up. Thanks.

Somehow you have a pic of my tool on my work bench :poke:. I do use it, but agree with the others that it surely isn't necessary. I have seen them come up on ebay before. C-3951 if you need the #.
Someone sent me this pic on a post I had last month on how to align the shifter arms. Im trying to find one.Thanks.

I see. It works just as well if you pull all 3 levers back so they are flush with the notch in the shifter housing. Then you don't have to worry about the missing hole in the one lever.
