My buddy sent me pics of his duck blind he's working on, so I instantly had a craving for bacon wrapped wood duck. Had two left in the freezer, and a can of beans. Grill is getting hot and I cant wait. Whats on your menu?

Cuke and tomato salad, homemade red wine vinegar.
Absolutely nothing from a store.

Sauerkraut
Swiss Cheese
Pastrami
Spices
Tie, wrap, and smoke on smoker until done.
Slice and make your Reuben with some Rye bread and a little more mustard.
