Got these parts with a flywheel I found.
Can someone tell and explain the correct vocabulary in english, for the plate and disc please?

Diaphragm is a design of pressure plate where it has many small fingers to disengage vs the 3 fingered Borg and Beck style you pictured.
Centerforce is simply a brand name of a company that makes performance clutches.
 
Your clutch disc looks to be an ordinary street clutch disc. It depends on the spline count as to what trans it fits.

Basically three types of pressure plate, borg and beck, long , and diaphragm. A diaphragm uses a single spring, looks like a pie with 20-30 pie cuts in it. Borg and beck use three fingers and coil springs, like yours. The difference is in bolt layout to attach to the flywheel. There is also a b&b/long variant.
Clutch disc has to match the trans, the flywheel has to match the crank, pp has to match the flywheel.
(Toolman types faster than me! So does Cranky.)

Thanks all. Yes all of that, but special terms needed a clarification.
But I don´t recognize the C disc brand. Would it stand a power shift?

Your disc doesnt look like it has a marcel spring. Do some research on you tube.
Veelok appears to be only the manufacturer of the clutch plate facings. Maybe a reman clutch plate.

Used to power shift my 66 Mustang Fastback all the time using a stock type clutch setup and it did fine but the engine was only a mild 289 so there wasn't much torque. That said, if you have some power and plan on power shifting, think about getting a better clutch setup PLUS a scatter shield. A buddy that had a 12 second Mustang didn't have one and his clutch came apart AFTER making a pass and was slowing down. He said the engine was coming down through 4000 rpm when he heard noises and looked in the mirror at lots of pieces bouncing all over the road and then the engine died. That's when he noticed holes in the floor board and the dash. It did a lot of damage to the car including breaking the crankshaft, bell housing mounts in the block and breaking the transmission. It also ruined his headers, put holes in both frame rails and firewall. It even took out his high dollar radio. Later on he started checking himself and found that one of his shoes had a cut in the side but it missed his foot. He was glad that his brakes still worked because on a 65 Mustang, it still had the single pot MC and the lines showed damage but none were punctured. I quit going without protection when I saw his car and the mess it was in.....
