Whats for supper?

Deep fried pork chops. Yup, deep fried. I coat them in chicken coater and deep fry @325 for ~ 5 minutes. They cook very quickly especially if they aren't too cold. Fantastic.

I had French toast yesterday (the Scottish version)start of with some bread dipped in some scrambled up eggs then place it in the frying pan until golden brown then pour some heated heinz baked beans right on top off the fried bread and top off with some either HP SAUCE or A1 SAUCE either or they both taste similar and enjoy

Almost like they do in the UK. I love toast, fried egg and beans on top for breakfast or supper. Tonight the wife is making Nachos. She usually goes big but we are short a few things, not driving 20 minutes to a grocery store.

Typical Saturday night for me.
Alone.
And Leftover pizza.

Smoked some hot dogs, applewood.
Cooper Sharp and bacon, and a splash of mustard.
Ice tea and a garden salad. I'm good.

We took the boat to the sandbar, I can finally drive it after shoulder surgery. We hit up natures grocery store. 20 clams. We threw alot of bigs and smalls back. Got some white wine and local fresh garlic.

We had grilled marinated steak strips
Smashed potatoes - mashed with sour cream, chives, Milk, little butter and fresh cooked bacon chopped up s&p!
Fresh green beans baked in the oven on cookie sheet with a little olive oil over the top with S&P and little garlic powder

pretty darn tasty if I do say so! I really have become a fan of the beans on the cookie sheet in the oven or on the top grate of the grill!

My buddies sister got this guy on Wednesday, we had a hell of a time getting him out, argo saved us again, 472.4 lbs. Her husband didnt want the ribs, so we ate some of them tonight.
