I cannot yet try this as it requires an engine that runs. Perhaps for those fortunate enough to own a running vehicle, this may help you get through these trying times that we now live in.
Tony is not a concourse restoration master. He is a guy that chooses function over form. In many cases, if you wait for your car to be perfect before you drive it, it may never leave your house.dude is a hack
A little info on Uncle Tony.. You can't really discount this guy hes not the cleanest channel to watch but he actually has some automotive credit. Just google him and you will find out some pretty interesting information.
Just an example..
TONY DEFEO - CONTRIBUTOR
Tony DeFeo was thrown out of school at 16 for stealing a bus. He went on to start a career as an auto mechanic and, on a whim, entered the field of automotive journalism, writing for Cars Illustrated magazine. Tony founded High Performance Mopar, and then launched Mopar Action a year later just to compete with his first book. He is currently building a twin-engined Fuel Altered, and in his spare time studies economics and abstract psychology.
Tony DeFeo
Tony DeFeo doesn't consider himself to be a writer or automotive journalist, but his work has appeared in dozens of titles over the last thirty years. Tony's hands-on experience ranges from street racing to top fuel, and includes some of the fastest road test times ever published with many popular, factory muscle cars. His unique approach to everything is strictly basic grassroots. He prefers working in the backyard to the shop, and his philosophy is: "It's not how fast you go, but how you go fast."
Tony DeFeo? Tony Defeo? TONY DEFEO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please pardon me while I freak out. I followed this guy's writing career for twenty years. He invented blue collar no B.S. "journalism". I had many, many occasions to laugh out loud while reading Tony's articles on street racers, nitro freaks and back yard tech. What an unrecognized icon. He totally grasped the concept of doing what we do, in a never condescending sort of way. Jeez we need a guy like that-so much passion and fresh ideas!
Glad to hear from you Sir, hope all is well with you.
