Doing my home work, when i order my axle bearings do i get the bearing, outer seal, and collar all, 2010 was the last time i work on a 8 3/4 rear so my mined is not what it used to be. I have the inner seal in no thanks.
thanks that is what i need to knowWhenever I ordered just the axle bearings they came with a locking collar but no seal unless you ordered a complete kit.....then foam gaskets, seals etc came with it.
thanks for the linkBearings, bearing races, outer seals is what you need. Going to need a press to mount the new bearings. I think I have part numbers listed on my thread...

Moog is a brand name company specializing in suspension components. I doubt they make their own bearings though. Probably Chinese.Called my carquest they have MOOG bearings,anyone use them?
And try to find some OLD stock on EBag...Timken all the way.

Well, there are still manufactures out there that still care. It's harder to care these days but imo, it's not as bad as it was a few years ago. Not all are concerned with making the biggest bucks vs making a quality product. Just got to find who they are....Like everything else.. cheap steel and nobody cares anymore..
