Doing my home work, when i order my axle bearings do i get the bearing, outer seal, and collar all, 2010 was the last time i work on a 8 3/4 rear so my mined is not what it used to be. I have the inner seal in no thanks.

Whenever I ordered just the axle bearings they came with a locking collar but no seal unless you ordered a complete kit.....then foam gaskets, seals etc came with it.

Called my carquest they have MOOG bearings, anyone use them?
Moog is a brand name company specializing in suspension components. I doubt they make their own bearings though. Probably Chinese.

And it's pretty easy to tell a Chinese made bearing from a Timken brand and just about any other brand tapered roller bearing. Even a worn Timken bearing will look and feel better in your hands than a China made pos.

Like everything else.. cheap steel and nobody cares anymore..
Well, there are still manufactures out there that still care. It's harder to care these days but imo, it's not as bad as it was a few years ago. Not all are concerned with making the biggest bucks vs making a quality product. Just got to find who they are....
