Why would anyone leave this car to rot outside?

It's been there for decades.. because they can and don't care, it's a $4000 car in their old eyes, long paid for. Ryan's got his eye on it and has for a long time..

We have one of those sitting in lot around Mechanicsburg, PA. I haven’t looked for it in a year now but it just sits outside in a lot behind a repair garage. Owner wants over $100k for it I hear, yet it sits outside for decades. Probably still today. I’m more shocked no one stole it. It’s right around bunch of major highways. All the car guys around the area know about it. It was posted here a couple times over the years. Back in, drop the door, drag it in, gone....

Hopefully it does not end up at a greedy person or someone who will restore and never drive it.

I have a 71 Charger R/T sitting a mile from my home rotting into the ground. I tried twice to buy it but, as usual, the owner was going to "restore" it. Red with black vinyl top and interior:(.

They are gonna fix it up ....soon

Usually the plan to restore the car never come to fruition for time or money reasons, so the car sits for decades, and is kept just so the owner can say that he has one.
