After 27 years of having a single car garage, the kids are gone and I'm opening the 2 downstairs bedrooms up to finally give me a 2 car garage that I can actually work in.
After relentlessly sanding on my car all summer, my wife finally put her foot down and made me give her a new bathroom. Lmao
So after her demand was met, I demanded space of my own.
So here we go...

I found about 30-40 square feet of NOS linoleum tiles buried in a wall under my stairs if you need some....
