USPS rant (yeah, another one...hehe)

Oh lord, why does the USPS send all my stuff to another city? Mineral Wells must be a fine town.....if only I lived there.......

The USPS has gotten to another level of terrible here in Texas......out of the last 10 packages I've ordered....3 have gone to the wrong distribution center or address.......these guys are third world.

It took a letter almost a month to get from east Tennessee to Wisconsin. Just terrible
service but rates continue to increase

My aunt sent a postcard from her 1963 Hawaii trip to my Grandmother.

My Grandmother received the card in 2002 ironically two weeks after my Aunt had gone to Hawaii the 2nd time. It was post marked 10 times.

Especially nowadays, they are about as useless as a postal worker.

Seems all the older folks that were postal workers for the most part were good as were the teachers ... what the hell happened? I’ve seen postal workers that look like grit, my wife’s great uncle was a walking carrier and was clean cut and prim and proper as possible and man was he in tip top shape in Atlanta Il., he retired and has since past but was a excellent representative of what you would expect. I just can’t believe what it has turned to ! My old work buddies wife is a rural carrier I helped put a 3.8 in her mail jeep and she had that same pride but it must be few and far between nowadays .. Sad

Most of the oldtimer postal workers were Military veterans.. Nowadays its about da culcha.....

Must be all of the "Katrina" people who were "moved" to Texas.. Only jobs they can get are "Gubernment" jobs.....

No, they are mostly out robbing and killing.....and most of them went to Houston. So far they seem to be staying away from the Pasadena area thankfully but it's still too close.
