It looks like Kim was correct. This is from the last weekly report for the 2020/2021 season so the 69 figure won't change significantly.
"In the 2020-2021 season, 69 influenza detections have been reported (Figure 2), which is significantly lower than the past six seasons where an average of 52,169 influenza detections were reported for the season to date."
What do you take from that? Why are the flu numbers so much lower? Was there an uptick in flu vaccinations? Lockdowns, masks, social distancing, hand washing?
