Ryobi here as well. First one had a motor failure, exchanged it, ended up after that deal (clerk said "nah, just keep those") with two chargers and four batteries. SCORE. As it is, though, I can do my whole yard pretty much on one battery. I keep a spare in my pocket, swap if needed to finish it up, then 2 live on the chargers and 2 on the shelf waiting for next session. Good power, no tiny carburetor to piss me off, and the string is easy enough to wind/load - secure the "start" end on the spool, and simply wrap till full. Tap-feed works great - thump it on the ground and it spits out more string.
