I like the rendering of the modern bee. The grill looks good, but I don’t like the scallops on the doors. Also, I like white tops with white stripes. Gotta put a white interior in, too.
Some I like, some not so much, but THIS one should be produced!

Problem is, she’s scared to drive it. She says I make her nervous. So there it sits with 22,000 miles on it.OK, a semi-flop.
It irks me that the manufacturers are clearly catering to the demographic of men who were teenagers during the 1965-1975 era. Even the TV people are doing it. Versus the days when they designed entirely new cars that the same demographic , (1915-1925), would NEVER like. They stopped caring about creating and are now just pandering for our dollars. I too look for a NEW platform and NEW body style. In todays market though such a thing would mean wiping out some other platform in order to start over new. In terms of space and tooling. Add marketing to that, supply chain fulfillment etc....not cost effective like back in the day.
On top of all of that there's the Gubmint sticking their noses in with legislation meant to destroy the gasoline automobiles.

People reading this excluded, I always wonder how many people buying 2021 Super Bees and Daytonas actually understand what they are NOT driving.

Just known will build this new creature. Dodge and Chrysler may not even exist in a few years.
Fiat is no longer in the picture and what the new outfit will do is still a big question. It's strange Chrysler bought Jeep to save it and now Jeep maybe the only one that survives.

The concept Bee is ok....but I'd like better with rounded wheel openings instead of the Chevy truck look.
A friend of mine has one too....and she drives it but doesn't have a lot of miles on it either. I don't hate them but wouldn't buy one. Kinda like the Chrysler Crossfire....not to mention the window sticker. It was way too high for the mediocre overall performance. Never drove the 'Bird' but heard they weren't all that great performance wise either. What's your take on it?

Built on the Lincoln LS platform. Very nice running and driving. No cowl shake and enough HP to get you in trouble. I’m not going to give away my wife’s age but we’ve had it a long time. It’s a nice car for a Sunday drive with my wife. And a lot of trunk space for all the things she thinks she will need for the day. The car’s an ‘02 and still gets looks and comments. Plus it’s what my wife wanted, so Happy 50th Birthday dear.

I thought it was 2 door, but I see it's 4 door. Well done, discreet 4 door!

never did like the dodge stratus looking front end, even on the dodge trucks, that all came about when mercedes owned dodge and wanted their front end on everything , they almost scrapped the challenger because of that, why is that still around anyway mercedes is long gone
Hey, easy on the Daytona, I bought mine new in 05 and I love it. Lol
I never understood a Daytona truck but dang I like mine.

I don't know, I think that the RAM pickups, which at over 430,000 units and outsold the Silverado last year, are doing pretty good too. Come to think of it, I don't think any Jeep model came that close in sales...

I like the fact that auto makers have been using old school names (Charger, Challenger, mustang, camaro) and somewhat building them to look retro. It keeps me holding on to my youth, lol. Its obvious to me that they are grasping the last effort to attract buyers who actually love cars because the next generation sure as hell don't, they just want transportation and really could care less the brand, color, number of doors, size of engine, and so on, heck they are buying cars from a freak'in form of a vendor machine, what a sad deal...
I think Dodge has the best retro. model. I have a 73 and my wife’s car is very close in resemblance

I've had lots of new Challenger park next to my old Challengers for pictures. They are a much bigger car!
