I hate to tell you, Bob, but a Coronet 440 would never have come with bucket seats and console. These were only available on Coronet 500 or R/T. A factory bucket seat car would have reinforcements welded to the floor near the transmission hump for the inner bucket seat mounts. There would also be evidence of console mount brackets on the hump. Coronet 440 VIN plate on top of dash should start with WH. Coronet 500 is WP.
Thanks for that info, I was just going off what the seller told me, he also has 1000+ vintage cars in his yard to try and remember stuff about. She's got buckets in her now lol. When my buddy checked it out he said this car has been used well and looks like the interior has been apart a few times along with a few motor swaps. He said all the sheet metal is original and it was definitely a pea green originally. The vin does start with WH.

Howdy from T.O. and congrats on the car, hope to see you and your car at Moparfest in 2022!
Hi, thanks! Where and when is Moparfest ? Oh it definitely won't be there this year I got probably atleast 2 years of work ahead of me before it's drivable. My 69 Riviera has been a 4 year driving project. New motor going in this spring then in the fall it will go in for body touch ups and a repaint.

Welcome to FBBO

good luck with the Coronet resto

WOW That looks awesome! Was it a multiple years long project you did yourself or did you have it redone by a shop?

4 years. I did brakes, suspension, steering, fuel lines, and most of the interior. Farmed out the engine, rear end, and most of the body work.

Welcome , you found the best mopar sight on the web.

Welcome. Do you really know what you have gotten yourself into? Where did you find your parts in Saskatchewan?
Having worked on these old Mopar’s for close to 60 years ,sometimes old sayings come to my mind.
( Misery loves company)
( A fool is born every minute)
Sometimes even feel a little masochistic, but it works out to good rewards at the finish.
Enjoy your project!
