I doubt I have anything to say that I shouldn't be telling myself.
Been down myself. May have been exposed to Covid again. Rapid test came back negative, and waiting for the PCR test results.
I should do something just to get out of the house, maybe just take a walk around the block?

You have to believe you are worthy! I’ve been a lucky man and had a pretty good life. I can’t comprehend in any way the feelings you have but my heart and prayers are with you sir!
