It's been getting to the high 80's, and low 90's, which is pretty hot for here. The weird part here is the temperature differential between highs during the day and lows at night. It's 35 to 40 degrees different. It must be the thinner atmosphere since we are a mile and a half above sea level. Does it not hold the heat in after the sun goes down? Does this thin layer let the sun's heat in more? I know that the UV rays are bad here in summer, you can get terribly sunburned on a mild day. Is it our lack of humidity here? I don't know, maybe it's all of it. I can tell you if it's a rainy/overcast day you'll need a jacket in the summer.

BTW look at the Strawberry Supermoon tonight.

It's hot and will be getting hotter. It didn't feel all that bad to me. Other places are much worse...St. Louis, Corpus Christi, Kuala Lumpur, and Tai Chung.

It’s coming here in Michigan tomorrow 88 and Wednesday it’s calling for 98 which is nuts.

Clocked 100 on Saturday and 99 yesterday but it got cool today at only 97.....and could actually feel the difference! Dang grass is getting the worse end of the deal....

We are having minor flooding. Fresh mountain water, wish we could send the extra (as this is just about on top of me)

A balmy 102 deg here today. Hit 106 deg
yesterday. Not uncommon summer temps.
I expect to see 112-114 deg by July/August.

Dang that’s hot'’ good weather for whiskey Sours.

Cooled down to only 105 today. Was 114, 23% humidity in the shade yesterday. The dogs loved it. Played twice as much outside today than yesterday.

100+ and people start dying around here.

11:10 here and it's cooled off to 90 deg.
Nice breeze blowing, though.
I hear ya...
I lived in Sealy, Texas where 100+ and 98%
humidity literally has people dropping dead.
Where I'm at now, the heat is tolerable in the
shade. Humidity rarely over 35%.

Yep - next couple days in the low 90's + humid some 25-degrees above normal

Why would you expect anything less? It's Summertime!

The humidity here is what makes it feel bad. Another morning at 80/80. Sticky feeling.

Is that right after getting in it after sitting in the driveway or a parking lot?

I was right there an hour before, but got out before it hit.

I snapped that after I pulled in the driveway. It is accurate to the actual temps. Was watching it bounce to 118 on the freeway home though.

Someone upstairs must have heard me complaining. Today's highs are in the high 60's with 35% humidity.

Be nice for us here in the north western corner of Nevada to warm up. Last night it got down to 38 degrees and this morning I had to turn the furnace on because the house is so damned chilly. This weather is FOOKING weird!!! cr8crshr/Bill:screwy::screwy::screwy::usflag::usflag::usflag:
