Dodge is doing some unveiling

Jeep and Ram will be all that remains of the former Chrysler corporation.

Game over.
Ram and Jeep have become 4 door station wagons driven by soccer moms and people that never see dirt or need to put a sheet of plywood in the back. The Challenger is really the last Mopar with any muscle car blood in it. And a Charger doesn’t have 4 doors.

No one caught the GLH badge? Good thing it didn’t end with an S.

That’s no Jeep. Alpha Romeo.

I have zero interest in transitioning to electric vehicles,or anything else! looks like I won't be buying another new Dodge!

Toyota has been warning other manufacturers that a full transition to EVs is a mistake! If people don't buy them, they will have no choice to go back to what actually sells!

Looks like I'm ahead of the game. Trunk load of "D" cells and an old washing machine motor. LOL

They need to cover that crap back up! We are witnessing the demise of the Dodge brand!

I was having this discussion with someone in upper management today. He shared my concerns but eased my anguish a bit.

Everyone needs to get on their social media pages and tell them the mistake they are making. Case in point, in 2017 we announced the RT(Caravan) was being discontinued, sales and public outrage pushed that back to last year I believe. So give em hell!

Stellantis teases us with a 2-door Charger, but will it deliver a 4-door again?
Does Stellantis believe all the loyal ICE Charger and Challenger fans are going to magically jump into sterile EV's? I think they are in for a big surprise. Atlantis is actually nailing the lid onto their own coffin. At the age of 75, I certainly hope my just purchased Jeep Grand Cherokee lasts me as long as I need it to.
The french guy does, yes.

My last two certainly have had...
That's an abomination.

They know - and are making a mockery of our heritage all the same. Fluck 'em.

Evidently not. But when they roll these out and dealers can't give them away, they'll realize the mistake, albeit too late.

Of course they know - it's their business to know. They're not operating in a vacuum.
They have entire departments to make sure they know, even if such things aren't readily apparent to them.

Beyond anything they're doing with their vehicle offerings though, the part that really steams my grapes
is how easily they think the large group of Mopar brand loyals can be duped into buying into all the
nonsense, just because they've decided to drag out all the revered symbols and model names and glue
them onto the monstrosities to come.
That part is absolutely insulting and I hope it all blows up in their faces.

Looks like our NEW car choices may be a Toyota then.

Not really, but ok. And yes, I agree this will blow up in their faces when these cars sit. I do know they have groups that monitor social media so that's how your voice can be heard. Right now all they're hearing is the snowflakes being excited about EV cars saving the planet.

Hybrids are efficient. If the government was interested in reducing emissions they would promote hybrids. The mining industry is all hybrid, the construction industry is switching to hybrid, and the rail roads have been hybrid for years. It is expensive to buy hybrid, but it truly is efficient.
The biggest farce fright now is the term "zero emissions". This term should be illegal to use as electric cars are "remote emissions vehicles". Electric cars simply impact the environment differently.

Agreed. Except the part about rail roads. Except for the odd experiment here and there, you don't see hybrid locomotives.

A hybrid train is a locomotive, railcar or train that uses an onboard rechargeable energy storage system (RESS), placed between the power source (often a diesel engine prime mover) and the traction transmission system connected to the wheels. Since most diesel locomotives are diesel-electric, they have all the components of a series hybrid transmission except the storage battery, making this a relatively simple prospect.

Surplus energy from the power source, or energy derived from regenerative braking, charges the storage system. During acceleration, stored energy is directed to the transmission system, boosting that available from the main power source. In existing designs, the storage system can be electric traction batteries, or a flywheel. The energy source is diesel, liquefied petroleum gas, or hydrogen (for fuel cells) and transmission is direct mechanical, electric or hydrostatic.
