Part it or restore it ?

The car has value, and it increases every day, big kudos for getting it out of the weather and slowing its demise......somebody will want it......
 
Whatever you decide, make sure she gets saved.

That green resembles F7 in that last photo of the firewall IMO.

If that's off the car in your first post, it's a 72. In your first post, the bumper is a 72....definitely not from a 73. The 73's and 4's had those big rubber bumper guards and the 5 mph impact resistant (ha ha) bumpers on them and the bumper would have the extra holes to attach the guards. They also had the longer brackets to space them out more from the body along with the fillers at both ends.
