Emissions free zones sounds just like the smoke free zones California started in the early 1990s. I have said over and over that the tailpipe will follow the trail of the cigarette. Here's the proof.

This 2018 article St Louis man rents apartment with a kitchen and bathroom combo says it is in St. Louis for $525 per month.

Nice area and 50 years ago I might have drove around there, well I did. The city was once a beautiful place with house to die for. St. Louis was at one point, the biggest supplier of used bricks in the country. Today, people rarely come to a complete stop, even at a red light at certain times of the day. Sad what can happen to a place if left unchecked.
