How has the 408 held up? I wanted to get a 390/408 bottom end done before spring but not gonna happen.. never got off my *** to find another block.. 318 stays in place for now

Well the 71 Roadrunner it's going into was in body shop hell for quite a while and the owner is now working on a house that requires a ton of work so the engine is still in a bag until he has time to put the car back together.

Last night I was reading Motor Trend truck of the year candidate stuff. The EV trucks weigh (GM stuff) over 2000 lbs more than the ice trucks.

That's why Tesla only wants to talk about 1/4 mile performance. Top speed and cornering numbers are embarrassingly pathetic.

Built this diff for a customer. Check out the powder coat job when compared to an NOS yoke with no coating. Pretty close
